Descripción: Hemos recibido solicitud de mentor para coordinar una MSCA Post Doctoral Fellowship. En caso de obtenerla, la Universidad puede recibir a una investigadora, post doctorales, para trabajar durante dos años en líneas de investigación que ella propone (ver en Más información) bajo el mentorazgo del investigador de la UAH que se comprometa a su mentoría.
La comisión europea dota de la financiación necesaria para que el investigador contratado permanezca en nuestra institución 2 años, a tiempo completo, además de partidas adicionales de gestión, en concepto de investigación, formación y networking.

Regarded as a thoughtful integration of online and face-to-face learning experiences, several authors, including Garrison & Kanuka, stated that blended learning is an effective and low-risk strategy which positions universities for the onslaught of technological developments that will be forthcoming in the next few years. (Garrison & Kanuka, 2004). In Colombia, a nation characterized by pronounced social and economic disparities, the strategic implementation of blended learning in higher education holds the potential to be a transformative force. These disparities often manifest as unequal access to quality education, with students from rural areas or economically disadvantaged backgrounds facing significant barriers. The research proposed for this grant intends to design an integrative approach to blended learning and course design for Colombian higher education institutions, encompassing a diverse array of digital tools, instructional strategies, and learning resources. The research project intends to rise above the idea of only focusing on a right mix of technologies, and rather consider blended learning as rethinking and redesigning the teaching and learning relationship to learning.
