Descripción: BT Spain recruits people who will join our BT Graduate Programme in Madrid. BT Graduate Programme is the opportunity to join a group of people from different countries, with potential and talent, to develop strategic roles within our Business areas.

We are looking for:
- Education: Telco Engineering / Computing Engineering (or similar).
- Languages: fluent Spanish and English
- Work Experience: Not needed. Anyway knowledge that the candidates can provide related to the requirements will be evaluated.
- Personal skills: proactivity, customer focused, result oriented, leadership and team

Más Información: Main functions: - To achieve BTGS goals such as revenue, margin and orders for the key portfolio area assigned. - To acquire new logo customers and broaden BT's share of wallet in the customer base. - To secure our existing customer base whilst achieving our revenue and profit goals. - To provide customer & market feedback and insight to the portfolio management teams. - To be the subject matter expert internally for BTGS sales communities and externally for customers. - To provide support to key opportunities in other countries or Market Units as required - To maintain and develop relationships with BT's technology partners, such as ORACLE, Microsoft, EMC, AWS, Google¿ - To pursue specific opportunities within a sector development plan for portfolio area assigned. Once an opportunity has been developed sufficiently to enter into a bid cycle: - To obtain all relevant inputs and provide leadership to the wider bid team in the specific business opportunities and sub-sections of a bid he/she owns. - To ensure commercial integrity and solution delivery assumptions are sound.
