Descripción: BT Spain recruits people who will join our BT Graduate Programme in Madrid. BT Graduate Programme is the opportunity to join a group of people from different countries, with potential and talent, to develop strategic roles within our Business areas.

We are looking for:
- Education: Telco Engineering / Computing Engineering (or similar).
- Languages: fluent Spanish and English
- Work Experience: Not needed. Anyway knowledge that the candidates can provide related to the requirements will be evaluated.
- Personal skills: proactivity, customer focused, result oriented, leadership and teamwork.

Más Información: Main functions will be: - To propose the adequate Security solutions to customers identifying the risks and impact on their IT systems that support their business. - To ensure customer protection minimizing the risk of vulnerabilities and threats based in security services contracted. - To develop specific Cybersecurity procedures and methods focused in prevention understanding what level of impact could be affected their customer business in case of security incident in their IT systems. - To deploy and use the security technology achieving the best performance of monitoring to prevent and protect customer IT systems against of threats and attacks. - To support customers and detecting vulnerabilities proposing new solutions so far of security services contracted, then participating in security crosseling. - To identify and improve internal cybersecurity management and support processes. - To participate defining, proposing and taking key decisions that must to be taken in case of security incident. - To maintain and develop relationships with BT's technology partners, such as Intel Security, Cisco, Palo Alto, F5. - To be the subject matter expert internally for BTGS security and externally for customers. - To participate in BTGS goals such as revenue, margin and orders for the Security portfolio. - To be part of develop new security services based on the best technology choice bases on performance and costs. - To be aware of actual security services improvement testing how it¿s working in terms of operation and technology to guarantee that customers are receiving the level of service contracted.
