Descripción: Consultora selecciona tres Intellectual Property Senior Consultant. Your role: Analyse and study the European landscape of trade mark and designs practices, Detect those areas where there are no legal impediments for the harmonisation of practices, Drafting complex legal texts in collaboration with different stakeholders, Gather, interpret, present and distribute survey results, draw conclusions, Provide ad hoc analysis and reports for senior management, Participate in discussions, elaborate communication strategies or implementation plans, Prepare and give presentations on key aspects on trade mark and design subjects to different audiences, Participate in meetings with different stakeholders promoting cooperation.
Your knowledge and skills: Strong capacity in drafting legal complex documents, Ability to speak, write and read fluently in English (C1/C2), Have a good balance between legal and interpersonal skills, Have a basic knowledge of project management standards and methodologies, Excellent communication skills, both orally and in writing, Excellent presentation skills, Ability to apply high quality standards, Ability to participate in multi-lingual meetings, excellent communicator, Capability of working in an international/multi-cultural environment, Legal drafting skills
In the recent years, Deloitte has been serving clients in the context of Intellectual Property, including the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO). Deloitte and EUIPO are working closely on several projects where we engages in a wide range of cooperation and convergence activities with other IP offices. Working on these activities, we are looking for high performance candidates with a master in Intellectual Property Law that we would like to enrol in our projects. To fit in the role, you also have: University degree in Law, Minimum 5 years of experience in Trademark and Designs matters, Master in Intellectual Property will be highly considered, Experience in trade mark and design registration procedures before national and/or regional IP Offices, Legal advice for trade mark and design protection, Experience in drafting complex legal texts, Notions of project management methodology and related tools.
