- Analizar el impacto de las especies invasoras en el funcionamiento del ecosistema.
- Analizar las interacciones entre especies invasoras y las comunidades nativas del ecosistema receptor.
- Biomonitorización de la calidad de ecosistemas acuáticos.
- Evaluación de contaminantes químicos y biológicos en ecosistemas acuáticos.
- Evaluar el riesgo invasor de especies exóticas.
- Identificar las propiedades del hábitat que lo hacen más susceptible a la invasión.
- Identificar los caracteres funcionales que explican el éxito de las especies exóticas en distintas fases del proceso de invasión.
