We¿re thrilled to announce the launch of the new edition of our signature Graduates¿ program, Horse Powering Talent 2025-2026 ¿, in our headquarters in Madrid.

Requirements to participate:
Recent graduated in Engineering, Data Science, Business Strategy/Intelligence Economics¿or a related field.
B2/C1 or higher English proficiency
Passion for sustainable mobility, innovation, Artificial Intelligence, Data Analysis
Motivation to learn, grow, and help shape the future of mobility

Location: Horse headquarters in Madrid
Start: Mid-December 2025
Duration: 8 months
Compensation: €1,500/month
Schedule: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with a one-hour lunch break
Spots available: 10 young talents
