The used trucks administrator will provide administrative support for the complete intake process and re-marketing of vehicles from both lease maturities and Buy Backs. Main task will include:
Ensure, on a daily basis, that for vehicles returning from customers, the receipt of vehicle documents is registered and that the documents are properly stored.
Produce, register and send Invoices for damage , excess kilometres and extended vehicle use to customers.
Raise pro-forma / final sales invoices.
Process vehicle documents as required at the moment of sale.
Ensure correct booking of related sales costs.
