Diseño, interacción y síntesis de compuestos biológicamente activos - Design, interaction and synthesis of bioactive compounds.
- Diseño de nuevas moléculas biológicamente activas utilizando técnicas de modelado molecular. Creación de modelos tridimensionales de receptores y ligandos y estudio de la naturaleza y magnitud de las fuerzas interatómicas que gobiernan su interacción. Síntesis de los compuestos diseñados.
- Preparación de moléculas complejas basadas en conjugados de carbohidratos u oligonucleótidos para su uso como antitumorales. Estudio de la interacción de los compuestos sintetizados con estructuras de ADN/ARN de orden superior.
- Síntesis e interacción de ligandos selectivos de ADN cuádruple G.
- Diseño y síntesis de compuestos metálicos biológicamente activos y estudio de la relación estructura-actividad.
