Más Información: For an important international hospitality group, we are looking for an F&B Director for future incorporation to a new project. Functions: - The person will be responsible of the economic and budget management of the Food and Beverages Area. - The person will be responsible of the sales strategy performing several commercial actions. - The person will manage the purchasing department and suppliers - The person will manage and supervise of the product: Stock, rotation etc - The person will be responsible of the creation of the menus, design of production cards and price lists. - The person will work together with the Exectuive Chef and Hotel Manager. - The person will be responsible for the compliance with the quality and food safety regulations. - Team Management Requirements: - Academic education: degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management¿ - High English level. Knowledge of a second language will be appreciated. - Minimum of 3 experience years in high responsibility job positions within F&B sector, and be used to leading a team and managing big sales quantities. - Geographical availability. - We are looking for a profile who were concern about the costumer, with great communication and interpersonal abilities and team management skills Interested to send CV to: mcarrillo@antal.com
