Descripción: Vacancy notice for the post of Assintan Call Coordinator.
Essential qualification and experience: At least three years of professional experience in performing the tasks as described in point 1 above; Experience in call and project management; Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English (native English speakers will be required to demonstrate the ability to work in a second language at the interview stage); Excellent drafting skills with an eye for details; Proven experience in coordinating small teams; Strong computer literacy; Knowledge of IT tools for statistics and database management.
