Description: Applus+ Laboratories is one of the few high-assurance security evaluation laboratories in Europe, accredited by SO-GIS for critical technologies such as Secure Elements.
We help vendors world-wide and solution providers with high added value cybersecurity assessments for sectors such as Payment, Identification, Mobile, Automotive, and Industrial Control Systems.
We are looking for IT security evaluators who are seeking to join a dynamic, international and highly-qualified multidisciplinary team with plenty of challenges and career opportunities. We are offering a full-time position in our laboratories in Madrid and/or Barcelona.
About the position
As an evaluator in Applus+ Laboratories, you will be involved in a wide range of projects, mainly under the Common Criteria methodology. We have a strong focus on Network Devices, Smart Cards and similar devices, mobile solutions and a huge range of software products.

Some tasks of this position involve:
- Product design revision
- Pentesting and vulnerability analysis
-Product life cycle/development analysis

Requirements - +1 year experience working with standards such as: Common Criteria, PCI, EMVCo, ISO 27001¿ - Methodical, analytic, pragmatic and structured thinking as well as ability to think outside-the-box - Technical background on: - Cryptography (algorithms and protocols) - Programming ¿ C, Java, Python or other languages - Networks - Operative Systems - Ability to independently document testing results and write reports - Good command of English both written and spoken - Passion for technology and cybersecurity Don¿t be shy if you don¿t meet all requirements. We can issue a job offer after assessing your current capabilities and potential. Salary range: between 30K and 40K, Based on candidate experience and skills.
