Más Información: We currently have a great opportunity to join our experienced ORACLE team as Junior Specialist, providing 2nd level support to our European markets. In this fast paced and varied role, you will support an expansive infrastructure covering seven countries. The role is based at our European Finance Shared Service Center (EFSSC) in Alcalá de Henares (Madrid). We are looking for a person with knowledge of database systems. Goals: support in ORACLE Financials enviroment reporting to the supervisor & manager of the department. Job Summary: - Process update. - Maintain ORACLE E-Business Suite and applications. - Support to the users. - Identify and solve the incidences. - Provide regular and accurate reports. Main duties: - Database systems. - Get used to the new technologies, ERP. - Relational skills communication. - Resolve the incidences.
