Más Información: For an important Restaurant Sector Company, we are looking for an AREA MANAGER in order to manage several restaurants. Requirements: - Education: University Degree - Master specialized in restaurant or Hospitality Industry will be appreciated - Located in Madrid, available to relocate - Minimum of 5 experience years in modern food restaurants management, preferably in franchise modality; used to manage income statements, KPI¿s and teams. - Good communication skills, empathetic, dynamic, proactive and with leadership and motivational abilities that help him to achieve a process and service improvement. Main functions: - The person will be responsible of the supervision and the operating profit of the restaurants under his management: sales volume, operating profits statements, staff management, and supply chain of products, among others. - The person should recommend and apply improvements: sales volume, product management, technical equipments, customer attention, etc. Interested to send CV to: mcarrillo@antal.com
