Outside institutions
The Library of the University of Alcalá offers Interlibrary Loan service to public and private international organizations.
Requests:
Centers and institutions that require documents from the Library of the University of the Alcalá should request them in one of the following ways:

- The loan period for original materials is one month. Items can be renewed, if necessary, providing they are not required by another reader and before the initial loan period is up.
- Doctoral theses must be used or consulted at the library and returned back with the paper “Impreso de solicitud de tesis” form with the complete information of the patron and signed.
Fees:
Each volume loaned: 2 IFLA (Europa), 3 IFLA (Rest of world)
